Are your products brand new?

As we are Authorised Distributors for Motorola, Vertex, Kenwood, and Icom to name but a few all of our products are brand new and genuine and sourced directly from them to us with no third parties involved.

We do sell reconditioned radios from our stock they are a fully serviced before they are put onto our website to ensure there full working capability.

Quality Assured ISO 9001:2000

DCRS are a market leader for two way radio communications equipment and to prove our quality and customer service we have been ISO 9001:2000 approved since 2002.

By working to these approved quality systems we can ensure you receive an efficient and problem free service. We are able to trace jobs through every stage. Monthly audits of the system are carried out by fully trained auditors to ensure that the systems and personnel are working to the QA procedures set out in our the ISO manual. Does my product need a licence?

If you are purchasing a PBR radio from us it is possible. If you are buying to add to a fleet of radios the chances are you already have a radio licence if you cannot find one this can be obtained by calling Ofcom on 020 7981 3000 or 0300 123 3000 simply tell them who you are and where you are calling from and they will be able to send you a copy, then simply forward this onto us. I would like to utilise PMR446 Radios, why do I not need a radio licence for these?
PMR446 Two-way radios operate on 8 UHF frequencies that have been issued for general on-site usage by the Ofcom. These frequencies have been allocated to a European service called PMR446 and there isn't a restriction on where you use the radios. All the frequencies are programmed into the radios at time of manufacture and cannot be changed or added too.


Can I return my product if I am not entirely happy?
If you have purchased a product and you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return this to us within 7 days together with proof of purchase. The item must be in exactly the same condition supplied (pristine condition), in the box along with everything supplied.

How long does it take to deliver an item?
As long as we have an item in stock, it will be delivered within 3-5 working days- unless the item has been ordered over the weekend when it will be dispatched on the Monday morning (stock dependant)
