How much will it cost me ?

All orders for £50.00 or more will receive free delivery (excluding European Countries). Orders less than £50.00 will be charged at our anything under this will receive a standard carriage cost of £7.50 (excluding European Countries). Dependant on stock all items are usually delivered in 3-5 working days. Overseas orders are sent using the Royal Mail International Signed for system.

Cambridgeshire Area

If you're local to us... come get it.

If you're local to us, then you can always save a few pennies on carriage and come to our offices to collect your goods. Select 'Pick up from DCRS' when ordering your items. Once the goods are available from us, we will get in touch to advise you when to come and get them.

How Long Does It Take?
Items ordered before 3.00 pm on any business day (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays should be delivered within 3-5 working days (excluding Saturday), anytime up to 5.30pm (stock dependant).


Orders taken on Friday (after 3.00pm) or on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders taken on Friday before 3.00 pm will normally be dispatched on Friday again stock dependant.

Our Courier
All UK mainland parcels are delivered by Interlink Express. You must make sure someone is at your address to sign for the parcel. If you prefer to have your parcel delivered elsewhere simply complete a delivery address when checking out. Where a parcel cannot be delivered Interlink Express will leave a card for you to arrange another delivery.

Interlink Express will only attempt one re-delivery, thereafter you will be required to collect your parcel from the collection depot within 5 days. If your parcel is not collected within 5 days it will be returned to DCRS and further costs will be incurred.

We will contact Interlink and call you back to let you know what's happening.

If the goods are damaged upon receipt please e-mail us at sales@dcrs.co.uk within 2 days of delivery.
